BUSINESS USERS ONLY. All prices exclude VAT. Prices valid subject to no change in manufacturer prices, residual values or interest rates. Contract Hire is available subject to status and conditions on eligible vehicles ordered before the 30th June 2012. Guarantees and Indemnities may be required. Example based on 12+35 profile, 10,000 miles per annum on a non-maintained contract with non metallic paint, additional charge applies for metallic paint. Further charges may be made subject to mileage and condition. Excess mileage will be charged at 6 pence per mile (excluding VAT). †Subject to vehicle being returned within mileage and in good condition. ††Additional rentals in advance may be required. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Vehicle to be scrapped must:

a) have been originally registered new in the UK on or before 31 December 2001 (i.e. classed as a Euro II or earlier LCV);

b) comply with the Transport For London (TFL) LEZ Phase 3 criteria and be one of the following:

• Large Van, 4x4 light utility vehicle, pick-up, motorised horsebox between 1.205 unladen and 3.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight

• Minibus (less than 5 tonnes gross vehicle weight)

• Ambulance

• Motorcaravan;

c) have been registered in the customer’s name/address for the preceding three months;

d) have a V5 (in the customer’s name and address) valid MOT at least 7 days RFL;

e) not be an insurance write off (any class), stolen and/or recovered vehicle and/or subject to any outstanding finance;

f) be referenced in TFL notification letter addressed to the customer re not meeting LEZ emission standards;

g) be assigned to Nissan Motor (GB) Limited with good/clean tile free of all encumbrances.

2. Scheme only applies to new Nissan Primastar, NV200, and Cabstar. All other Nissan vehicles are excluded from the Scheme.

3. Any new Nissan LCV must be registered to the same customer.

4. The Scheme is only available at participating Nissan Business Specialist dealers.

5. Discounts under the Scheme are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

6. Discounts under the Scheme can not be used as a deposit for a new or used vehicle.

7. Only one eligible exchange vehicle will be accepted per new eligible registration.

8. The Scheme ends on 30/06/2012 and any replacement vehicle must be ordered prior to 30/06/2012 to qualify under the Scheme.

9. Nissan reserves the right to cancel the Scheme at any time.

10. Nissan reserves the right to exclude any model from the Scheme at its discretion.

11. All vehicles are subject to availability.
